I don't remember at what age it's normal for a baby to be able to hold his head up and control it, but it's possible that Anson's ahead of the curve on this detail. I don't remember Simon being able to for a while. Yesterday was Anson's 1 month birthday (already!) but it seems like since about day #4 he's been holding his head up. There's still not really control of it, of course, but the strength is surprising. He loves to be belly down (on a mommy or daddy chest or lap, a bed, anything) and hold his head up to bobble around and see the world. Yesterday he insisted on being belly-down on Adam's lap, and checked out the world from that angle.
